RULES & REGULATIONS

General:

  • NO TRESPASSING on private property.  Agricultural land to the North and West are private property.  Campers are not allowed on these grounds

  • Campsite permit holders must be at least 18 years old.  The permit holder is responsible for family and guests.

  • Each lot is to only have up to two vehicles in addition to the trailer/RV/Camper.  Only one trailer is permitted per lot.

  • Coyote Gulch is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage.

  • NO LITTERING. Be kind and clean up after yourself.

  • The campground across the highway from the lake.  Only cross the road at the designated pedestrian crossing for your own safety.
     

Boats, Boat Trailers & Piers:

  • A designated boat & trailer parking area has been established.  Please make sure you check the appropriate box when returning the signed guidelines and pay the necessary fee to ensure yourself a site.  No storage of any other personal property will be allowed.

  • There will be no boats, trailers or lifts allowed on the seasonal sites.

  • Coyote Gulch will not assist in the insertion or removal of boat lifts, piers etc.

  • Dock rentals will be available to all seasonal campers.

  • Check with management for designated area for winter storage.  Boat rentals apply.

  • No boats/seadoos allowed in the swimming area
     

Lake Regulations:

  • SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty.

  • The nearby beach is public reserve.  Be respectful and keep the area clean.
     

Vehicles:

  • Speed limit is 15 km/h.  Keep in mind there are children playing. Dangerous drivers and frequent violators of the speed limit will be evicted.

  • Pedestrians have the right of way.  Vehicles must yield to all pedestrians.

  • Any excessive speed, noise, erratic driving of vehicles, quads, motorcycles, golf carts or any other motorized apparatus will be banned immediately from the resort.

  • Coyote Gulch requests that there be no vehicle traffic after 11:00 pm.

  • Provincial age restrictions on vehicle registration applies to all motorized vehicles.
     

Garbage:

  • Campsites are to be kept clean & tidy at all times

  • There will be separate bins for garbage, recycling and compost.  Please use these correctly.

  • There will be a garbage bins near the front entrance for all garbage disposal. Everyone is responsible to dispose of their garbage.  Any other items must be taken to the landfill; hours will be posted.  Please put garbage in the bin. HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE ONLY.  No lawn chairs, tarps, boxes etc.
     

Campfires:

  • You are responsible for your own fire pits and fire pit maintenance (ashes to be discarded in the leaf disposal area).

  • Any firewood must be neatly stacked out of sight.  Limited firewood will be supplied.

  • Do not leave fires unattended

  • Firewood that is independently brought in must be for your OWN use.  You are allowed to bring in firewood but ONLY for your own personal use.
     

Noise:

  • Quiet time is from 11:00pm – 8:00am

  • Quiet time will be strictly enforced.

  • All quads, golf carts, motorcycles, loud vehicles will not be permitted to enter the resort after 11pm, park them outside the resort gates (do not block the gates) and walk in and pick them up in the morning after 8am.

  • If anyone (your guests are your responsibility) is found breaking this rule, their unit will be banned from the campgrounds, if found doing this a second time you will be asked to remove your trailer and all belongings as your seasonal lease will be terminated immediately.

  • Please do not drive up and down the ditches as we are and will be planting grass and trees.
     

Alcoholic Beverages:

  • Please be discreet with your alcoholic beverage i.e. plastic glasses or cover up cans & bottles

  • Empty bottles & cans must be stored discreetly or disposed in the recycling bins provided.

  • No alcohol beverages allowed in public areas,  playground, etc.

  • Campers are required to follow Provincial guidelines on alcohol consumption.
     

Fireworks:

  • Fireworks must be discharged in authorized locations (waterfront ONLY).
     

Children:

  • Children of registered campers under the age of 18 not permitted overnight without parental supervision

  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children
     

Pets:

  • All pets are to be kept on a leash at all times

  • Owners are responsible for pet care; please CLEAN UP after your pet.

  • Pets that are a nuisance or a danger to other campers will not be permitted on the campgrounds.

 

Day Campers:

  • Coyote Gulch is a seasonal campground.  Day campers are permitted but only if sites are available.  All payment is to be paid before or upon arrival.

  • Reservations need 24 hour notice of cancellation to be refunded fully.

 

Seasonal Campers
 

Payment:

  • The Seasonal Agreement allows 5 months residency from May 1st to October 1st.  The Seasonal Agreement is renewable every year and in all instances, the Seasonal Rate shall be payable May 1st (or sooner) by mail or online each season. Confirmation of renewal is preferred by March 31st.

  • A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any campsite.

  • A fee will be charged for seven months of storage from October 1st to May 1st.

  • Failure to pay the seasonal rate will allow management to seize all merchandise and materials on the campsite until payment is received.  After 30 days, management holds the right to dispose of this material without notice to the resident.

  • Refunds will be given to Residents only for certain Medical or Emergency reasons.
     

Sales:

  • Any trailers being sold or moved to a new site needs to be approved by management. No private sales to the rights of a seasonal spot is permitted.

  • Existing residents, or persons on a waiting list, have first consideration to occupy any lots that become available due to non-renewed leases.

  • New and sold trailers must meet campground guidelines.  New units cannot be older than 20 years and in good condition.

  • All air conditioning units must have eco-friendly rating.
     

Campground Property:

  • Any site modifications such as decks, sheds, etc. need to be approved by management before construction.  It is subject to Municipal guidelines and fees.

  • Lawn maintenance is the lot owner's responsibility.  This includes raking and hauling leaves. Compost bins will be located near the campground front gates.

  • No tarps are to be erected at all.  All camping equipment must be cosmetically appealing.

  • No mounting of any kind permitted on trees.  I.e. satellite dishes, clothes lines etc.  These items must be mounted on a pole in your site.  See management for location approval.

  • Please drive on designated roadways ONLY.

  • No outhouses or outdoor bathroom facilities are allowed.
     

Sheds/Decks/Fences:

  • Maximum 1 shed per campsite

  • Maximum shed size 36 square feet, maximum height 8’ to peak

  • Sheds are to be used for storage ONLY.

  • All sheds/decks/fences etc. must have a coat of paint/stain or siding.

  • No fences over 60 inches in height will be allowed
     

Water Supply, Sewage & Power:

  • Water and Power will be turned on on May 1st and turned off on October 1st of each year.

  • We have been informed by Sask Health that all trailers that are connected to our fresh water supply must have an inline backflow prevention valve installed.  This is your responsibility to install and maintain.  We will stock this item for purchase at the store.

  • Every site is supplied with 30 amp service. This is the power required for RV's and approved trailers. If breakers kick off because of an overload of appliances, the Resident will be required to reduce their power demand.

  • There is a limited number of 50 amp plugs.  These sites are available for an extra fee per season.

Fridge/Freezer/AC units

  • Fridge/freezers are not to be stored on decks or outside (please put in shed)

  • Only one fridge/freezer combo no larger than 14.8 cubic feet or one freezer no larger than 8 cubic feet will be allowed per site.

  • No window mounted or household air conditioner units are allowed.

  • Please do not run AC excessively.   If your trailer is not occupied for a 12 hour period please turn the AC off.


Winter Season:

  • From October 1st to May 1st the park is closed. Residents are permitted to visit their site, however we ask that you please call or e-mail the office prior to doing so. Be prepared to walk in, entrance gate may be closed or roads may be impassable.

This property is privately owned and operated.  The owner assumes NO responsibility for any accidents or injury to guests or their belongings. The owner is not responsible for any acts of god that damage or prevent access to your site. The owner reserves the right to refuse service or evict any person that is not complying with the above regulations with no refund or prior notification.

 

All leases are to be paid by cheque, cash, credit card, or paypal only. Leases are due March 15th, 2016.
